چکیده
With the development of mid-infrared (MIR) photoelectric devices, spectroscopy has become one important methods for non-invasive detection blood glucose. The region (4000 - 400 cm-1) well-known fingerprint (1200 800 glucose, which clearer characteristic absorption peaks and better specificity. There is a lot molecular information about glucose in MIR. by needs to achieve certain accuracy, quantitative model an factor affecting accuracy detection. In this paper, samples imitation solution containing only mixed are taken as research objects, spectral data collected. full spectrum partial least squares Regression (PLSR) model, SNV + Ctr-PLSR MSC convolutional neural networks (CNN) 3000 900 cm-1 band were constructed. Full PLS CNN 1200 experimental results show that optimal two bands CNN, then correlation coefficient prediction set (Rp) 0.95, root mean square error pre-diction (RMSEP) value 22.10. Rp RMSEP 22.54. promising method, higher than PLSR, especially suitable modeling human complex environment. addition, study provides theoretical practical basis feature selection interpretation.

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
Automated near-continuous glucose monitoring measured in plasma using mid-infrared spectroscopy.
OBJECTIVE There are increasing calls for a precise, automated system to enable tight glycemic control and to avoid hypoglycemia in an intensive care unit setting. OptiScan Biomedical has developed a glucose monitor based on mid-infrared spectroscopy that withdraws blood samples (120 µl) and measures plasma glucose. The goal of this study was to validate the performance of the OptiScan Model 500...
متن کاملNoninvasive Blood Glucose Analysis using Near Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy
A modular Fourier-transform spectrometer was designed and built for the noninvasive blood glucose measurement research using the near-infrared absorption technique. A series of experiments were performed to evaluate the spectrometer’s efficiency and its stability. The efficiency, which represents the photon loss through the spectrometer, is proportional to the achievable signal-to-noise ratio. ...
